Shipping Policy

FREE Shipping within the U.S. on anythinig in our store

Thanks for shopping with us! We use USPS and UPS to make delivering your purchase as fast as possible. Most items are in stock and will ship within 2 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. If an item is not in stock you will be notified. 

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. If you have any questions regarding your order, we are happy to assist you.

International Shipping

We use USPS Priority Mail for international shipping orders. We offer flat rate $35 for any order over $200. Please note that import taxes, duties, and/or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us to acquire an RGA# before returning any parts.

 

New and uninstalled parts in their original packaging may be returned for a partial refund or for an exchange within 30 days of order arrival date. Returns after 30 days of order arrival date are eligible for store credit. 

 

Please make sure the RGA# is marked on the box and on the shipping label.

 

We suggest sending the package via certified/insured mail or UPS/Ground to obtain a record of your return. Please note that Mr Steering Wheel is not responsible for the cost of shipping returns, exchanges, and/or any modified orders.


Returns Policy

You may return most new, uninstalled steering wheels within 30 days of delivery for a partial refund. We do not charge a restocking fee, we will deduct the cost that was paid to ship the item(s) to you from your total refund. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. We will however pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-3 business days from when we have received your returned item. This time period does not include the transit time for us to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days).


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button, or simply contact us. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
